Harrell

Bernard Moore Harrell, 98, of Jackson died Sept. 12, 2007 at a local hospital.

He was born April 12, 1909. He was a native of Zimco. He was a

charter member of Forest Avenue

Baptist Church. He

was a World War II United States Navy veteran. He was a member of the Santa Fe Lodge #226. He was a retired mechanic with Olin Chemical Corporation in McIntosh.

Survivors include three sons, James Harrell, Jackson, Charles Harrell, Mobile, Ray Harrell, Grove Hill; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.

The service was Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Forest Avenue Baptist Church in Jackson with Revs. Don Rushing and Billy Hall officiating. Burial was a Masonic graveside service in Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
