Women in Winter Ministry to meet

Women In Winter Ministry meeting will be Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Grove Hill. Hostess will be Gardenia Frazier who will welcome Marie Davis, administrator and area-coordinator Laverne Taite, MSW. The guest soloist will be Delois Owes of the New Greater First Baptist Church of Thomasville.

This meeting is open to all women regardless of age, race or denominational preferences.

Women In Winter Ministry provides emergency care for women 50 years and older - in need of basics - food, clothing, shelter. Donations are taxdeductible. Please mail checks to the treasurer, Valda Hutto, 617 Fountain Circle, Jackson, AL 36545.

Turn off Grove Hill By-Pass (Highway 84 West) onto Cobb Street. Go less than a mile (before Grove Hill Elementary School) and turn on Mt. Zion Road. Church is about 2 miles.
