New Bolivar County, Miss. circuit clerk from Grove Hill

Brown-Kelly
Marilyn L. Brown-Kelly, formerly of Grove Hill, recently won the election for the position of Circuit Clerk in Bolivar County, Mississippi.

Mrs. Brown -Kelly has been residing in Mississippi

for 10 years along with her husband, Randall Kelly. She is currently employed at Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss. where she serves as an administrator in Retention and International Affairs.

Marilyn is the daughter of Mr. John W. Brown and the late Dester Brown of Grove Hill.

She is the youngest of four siblings: Sollie Brown of Grove Hill; Mark Brown of Tuscaloosa; and Mary Presnall of Mobile. She is a 1987 graduate of Clarke County High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in business from Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss. She has been married to Randall Kelly III, a secondary education teacher, for 14 years.

She will assume the office of the Circuit Clerk in January 2008.
