Storyteller Kathryn Tucker Windham at her best
Kathryn Tucker Windham (left) tells stories of her childhood in Thomasville Sept. 29 during a celebration of her art and career at Alabama Southern Community College. The award-winning storyteller, who now resides in Selma, appeared at the museum which bears her name. She was celebrated by friends, family and colleagues during the Saturday morning festivities in Thomasville. See more on the day's activities on Page 10A.
