Hall Virginia Hayes Hall, 80, of Citronelle died Oct. 7, 2007 at Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile. She was born May 25, 1927. She was a native of Choctaw County. She was a retired housemother for the Wilmer Hall Health Care Facility in Citronelle. Survivors include three sons, Lawrence Hayes, Lucedale, Miss., Leon Hayes, Citronelle, Roger Hayes, Fruitdale; two daughters, Diane Newburn, Citronelle, Patricia Bump, Ozark; one sister, Pauline Holifield, Waynesboro, Miss.; half-sister, Faye Buchannan, Gilbertown; one half-brother, Roy Knapp, Silas; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
The service was Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. in Lathan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Thornton officiating. Burial was in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Bigbee.
