Woodard

John Robert "Bob" Woodard, 62, of Pine Hill died Oct. 8, 2007 at Southwest Alabama Medical Center in Thomasville.

He was born Jan. 27, 1945 in Olney, Ill. He served in the United

States Army. He was a member of

American Legion

Post 0020 in Newton, Ill. and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter #32. He worked at the Oil and Gas Refinery business.

Survivors include one son, Dale (Cindy) Woodard, Camden; two daughters, Nolla (Robin) Bradfield, Pine Hill, Tina (Daryl) Allen, Slidell, La.; one brother, Bill Woodard, Madison, Wis.; one sister, Margaret Liggett, Xenia, Ill.; six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Steve (Sherry) Woodard.

A graveside service was Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. at the Choctaw Corner Cemetery with Rev. Irby Weaver officiating. O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.

Active pallbearers were Tommy Walker, Scott Stewart, Robin Bradfield, Tony Hinterscher, Fred Hinterscher and John Pearson.
