Church Announcements James Chapel revival James Chapel Baptist Church at 6080 Barlow Bend Road in Gainestown will have its annual homecoming Sunday, Oct. 28 at 12 p.m. Rev. Osbry Millender will be delivering the message. Revival services will continue through Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at James Chapel Baptist Church at 6080 Barlow Bend Road in Gainestown. Cedar Point special program Cedar Point Baptist Church located at Highway 31 in the West Bend community of Coffeeville will have its Women and Men's Day program Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2:30 p.m. The speaker for the women will be Sis. Bessie Pace Watkins of the Springfield Baptist Church of Millbrook. The speaker for the men will be Rev. Darin Rodger and his congregation of the Green Hill Baptist Church of Shubuta, Miss. Sis. New Union Baptist 33rd year anniversary New Union Baptist Church will celebrate its 33rd year anniversary Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. Rev. Christopher Smith, pastor of the Leroy AOH Church will be the guest speaker. Rev. Donald Reed is the pastor. Indian Ridge 126th anniversary Indian Ridge Baptist Church will celebrate its 126th year anniversary Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Levi Marshall, pastor of the Wilson Chapel A.M.E. Anniversary at Goodwill The community is invited to take part in the 106th year church anniversary of the Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church in Bladon Springs Sunday, Nov. 5 at 3:30 p.m. Guest speaker and special guests will be the Rev. Charlie E. York along with his choir and congregation of Highpoint Baptist Church in Eight Mile. The Rev. Robert L. Jackson is pastor. Fall revival at Stave Creek Stave Creek Baptist Church on Highway 69 North in Jackson will be hosting a fall revival, Nov. 4-7. Sunday services will be at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.; Monday through Wednesday will be at 7 nightly. Operation Christmas Child Clarke Baptist Association located in Grove Hill will be a drop-off site for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes Monday, Nov. 12 through Sunday, Nov. 18. Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse that takes gift filled shoeboxes to children in foreign countries. These boxes may be the only gift box this child may ever receive.
