Sealed bids will be received, opened, and publicly read by the Fulton Utilities Board/Mid- Central Water Authority for the supply of a Well Pump Generator; at the Fulton Town Hall, located at 1480 Highway 178; Fulton, Alabama 36446. The owner will receive Bids until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007.

The Project is generally described as follows: Supply a Well Pump Generator.

The Owner requires the equipment to be delivered within ninety (90) calendar days from date of notice to proceed.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of CDG Engineers and Associates, Inc., 1840 East Three Notch Street, Andalusia, AL 36421, (334) 222- 9431.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00.

Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00200 - Instructions to Bidders.

Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form 00412. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
