Restoration a tribute to brother

Among the participants in the Nov. 3 Fall Festival antique car show in Jackson was the Kedrick Busby family from Leroy with their 1957 Chevrolet, "Miss Misery." Kedrick and daughters Katherine and Katlin pose with the car. Busby and his late father, Valton Busby of St. Stephens, restored the car over a 10-year period as a memorial to Kedrick's brother, Sam, who was killed fighting in Vietnam in 1969. Kedrick said his brother had a 1957 Chevy that he dearly loved. The car has been street modified with an updated engine.
