Kelley

Gordon Thomas Kelley, 95, of Thomasville died Nov. 20, 2007 at the Thomasville Nursing Home.

He was born April 4, 1912 in Thomasville. He was a member of Springfield Methodist Protestant Church. He was a carpenter and a farmer.

Survivors include three sons, Boyce G. (JoAnn) Kelley, Thomasville, Thomas G. (Laretta) Kelley, Mobile, Billy G. (Bonnie) Kelley, Huntsville; two daughters, Audrey (Gary) Beckner, Sandra Elaine Kelley, all of Huntsville; one brother, Lonnie Kelley, Selma; four sisters, Mary Baugh, Nommie Clark, both of Fulton, Mable Truell, Eddis Williamson, both of Mobile; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice G. Kelley and a son, Bobby D. Kelley.

The service was Nov. 23 at 11 a.m. at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville with Rev. Mark Lambert officiating. Burial was in the Kelley Cemetery in Thomasville.

Active pallbearers were Thomas Kelley, Scott Kelley, Micky Courtney, Harold Smith, Roy Carlisle and Don Young.

Honorary pallbearers were James Alford, Donald Kelley, Ricky Andrews, Frank Jackson, Bo Hudson and Phil Andrews.
