Richburg

Hubert Cecil Richburg, 58, of Bradenton, Fla. died Nov. 16, 2007 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Panama City, Fla. on Jan. 10, 1949. He was a former resident of Perdido. He served

his country in the United States

Marine Corps during

the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed fisherman.

Survivors include his wife, Mary (Wells) Richburg, Bradenton, Fla.; three daughters, Shelly Richburg McIntyre, Grove Hill, Molly Richburg, Jackson, Angela Richburg, Wheeling, Ill.; four sisters, Sara R. Wilson, Betty Jean R. Parks, both of Foley, Ann R. Fowler, Shirley R. Propst, both of Bay Minette; three grandchildren; a number of nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh C. Richburg and Lucile Bryan Richburg and a brother, Charles "Rusty" Richburg.

The service was Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. at the Norris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Bradley officiating. Burial was in the Bay Minette Cemetery. Military honors were rendered by the U.S. Marine Corps Honor Guard. Norris Funeral Home of Bay Minette directed.

Active pallbearers were Lee Sly, Terry Earnest, Rodney McIntyre, Harry Wilson, Dusty Roberts and Frank Propst.
