Mt. Zion

Christmas

luncheon

Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church will host a Christmas luncheon Friday, Dec. 7 at the Jackson Health Care Facility Nursing Home. The luncheon is for the employees recognizing their outstanding service. Teresa Coates is the clerk. Rev. Cory J. Pruitt is the pastor.

Benefit for

Bro. Patterson

There will be a benefit program for Bro. Bobby Joe Patterson Saturday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at Pine Chapel No. I Baptist Church in Grove Hill. All groups, churches and soloists are urged to come out and help. The benefit is being sponsored by the New Gospel Harmonnaires of Grove Hill. Rev. Eligah Scott is the pastor.

Wayman Chapel

Wayman Chapel A.M.E. Church of Suggsville will celebrate its church anniversary Sunday, Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Charles E. Johnson and congregation of New Jerusalem Holiness Church of Bay Minette. Rev. Prospere Sainvilus is the pastor.

Grove Hill Baptist

Christmas

Grove Hill Baptist Church will present the Christmas musical "There Is Peace In The World Tonight" Sunday, Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. A children's Christmas program will be Sunday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited.

Forest Springs

seeking

donations

Forest Springs Baptist Church of Morvin has changed the homecoming date from the second Sunday in August to the second Sunday in October. Information is needed on the cemetery records and unmarked graves. The church roof leaks and needs to be replaced with a metal roof. Any information and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Bible study at

Fulton Baptist

The First Baptist Church of Fulton located at 949 Highway 178 will be studying the Book of Revelation on Sunday nights beginning at 5 p.m.

Dr. John Copeland, pastor, will be leading the study.
