Arp-Cobb plan ceremony

Mr. Cobb, Miss Arp

Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Arp of Loudon, Tennessee, announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Elizabeth, to Jonathan Frank Cobb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe F. Cobb of Fayette.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ruth Hawthorne and the late Charles Hawthorne and the late Charlie and Alma Arp.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Cobb and the late Lorraine James.

Arp attended Walter's State Community College and is a performer at the Black Bear Jamboree in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Cobb attended Bevill State Community College and is a performer at Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

The wedding will be held at Loudon United Methodist Church on Jan. 25, 2008, at 6 p.m.
