Laura Ellen Allday of Decatur announces the arrival of a daughter, Emma Nichole Allday, born Dec. 3, 2007. She weighed six lbs., five ozs. and measured 19 1/4 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Doug and Diana Harrison of Grove Hill.

Paternal grandfather is Sam Allday of Decatur.

Maternal great-grandparents are Robert and Martha Hutto, and Margaret Allday, all of Grove Hill and the late Buster Allday. Great-great-grandmother is Marjorie Hutto of Fulton.
