Books donated to needy

Second graders were challenged by Scholastic Books to read 100 books. If they met the challenge, then the book company would donate 100 books to needy children. Mrs. Jackson then challenged them to aim for a 100 on their Accelerated Reading tests. If they made 100, they earned a sticker. It was awesome how quickly the class rose to the challenge. These second graders are to be commended on their willingness to help children who are not as blessed as the Clarke Prep students.
