Chapman

Gregory Jerrod Chapman, 40, of Mascotte, Fla. died Dec. 8, 2007 in a car accident.

He was born Aug. 26, 1967. He was a native of Toddtown. He was a member of the graduate class of 1985 of Clarke County High School. He was a member of Pine Chapel No. 2 Baptist Church in Toddtown.

Survivors include his mother, Lovie C. Barney; three brothers, Michael (Mary) Chapman, Jackson, Carl (Barbara) Chapman, Mobile, Thomas Chapman, Leesburg, Fla.; one sister, Marilyn (Richard) Burrell, both of Toddtown; a companion, Kiwanis Law, Mascotte, Fla.; three adopted sons, Daniel Law, Travis Chapell, James (Brittaney) Chapell, all of Mascotte, Fla.; two adopted daughters, Preshetta (Terrel) Davis, Lessburg, Fla., Kawanita (Michael) Thornton, Mascotte, Fla.; eight adopted grandchildren.

The service will be Saturday, Dec. 15 at 12 noon at the Pine Chapel No. 2 Baptist Church in Toddtown. Burial will follow in the Pine Chapel Cemetery. Jackson Memorial Funeral Home will direct.
