Judy Graham recognized for work

A reception was held Monday for Judy Graham of Alabama Power who is relocating to Mobile. Community leaders celebrated her hours of volunteer work to promote education, economic development and quality of life in Clarke County. Graham received a gift from the Grove Hill Area Chamber of Commerce.
