Lady Bulldogs beat Jackson

The Clarke County High School Lady Bulldogs beat county rival 56-43 Jackson High School 56-43 last Friday on the road.

Erica Moore paced all scorers with 20 points. She also had five steals, seven assists and four rebounds. Ebony Hughes added 16 points, four rebounds, three steals and two assists. MeMe Martin had nine rebounds, eight points and two steals.

Last Saturday the Lady Bulldogs pounded Monroe County 56-36 in Monroeville.

Moore had a double-double with 17 points and 10 assists. She added three steals and six rebounds. Hughes had 13 points, three steals and two rebounds. Keshia Coates had nine points and five rebounds. Kiara Gildersleeeve added six steals and four points.

CCHS travels to Gilbertown Thursday night (tonight) to play Southern Choctaw. Friday night they host Wayne County, MS. Then they return to action on Dec. 27 when they have their Holiday Tournament.
