House fire in Thomasville
Firefighters battle a fire at the home of Scott and Michelle Mayton in Thomasville Sunday. The fire started in the wall of the home near a wood burning heater and spread into the attic. Despite the heavy smoke pouring out of the attic, TVFD chief Mark Sims said there was no fire damage to the contents of the home.
