Edwrick Bernard Bishop, FTA speeding, Dec. 18.

Herbert Earl Frankum Jr., harassing communications (warrant), Dec. 20.

Ralph Anderson, public intoxication, Dec. 21.

Preston Orlanda Horn, warrant, Dec. 21.

A juvenile, domestic violence, third degree, Dec. 22.

Keith Aqula Lawrence, DUI; and NWNI (warrant for Clarke County), Dec. 23.
