A tanker truck accidentally spilled "petroleum coke" over fiveand a half total miles of county roads Saturday night in Marengo and Clarke Counties. Victor Rashad Burroughs was arrested Tuesday for a stabbing he allegedly committed a week earlier. According to witnesses, Burroughs was at the house of George and Norvill McMillian on Orange Hill Road and a fight broke out.
