Rennie Giles Bedsole, 60, of Grove Hill died June 9, 2008 in a Mobile hospital.

She was born Aug. 23, 1947. She was a native of Waynesboro, Miss. She was a member of Tompkins Baptist Church. She was active in "The Hearts in Action Group." She served as Town Clerk for the Town of Fulton. She was also employed in the accounting department at Scotch Lumber Company in Fulton. She was a coordinator each year for "Log A Load" and was one of the founding members. She also served as Scotch Lumber Company coordinator and representative.

Survivors include one son, John Darren Henson, Grove Hill; one daughter, Cristina Henson (Jeff ) Campbell, Marietta, Ga.; five grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 11 from 6 until 9 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home Chapel in Grove Hill. A second visitation will also be held at 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service Thursday, (today), June 12 at Tompkins Baptist Church with Revs. Don Newton and Don Whigham to officiate. Burial will be in the Gilbertown Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Grove Hill will direct.

Active pallbearers will be John Gunn, Tim Gunn, Stacey Giles, Mike Norris, Dennis Drinkard and Murphy Clarke.

Honorary pallbearers will be office employees of Scotch Lumber Company and "Hearts in Action Group" of Tompkins Baptist Church.
