Earline Skinner, 81, of Jackson died Aug. 8, 2008 at her residence.

She was born Nov. 30, 1926. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jackson. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Barry (Tammy) Norris, Jackson; seven daughters, Charlotte Cooper, Debbie Deas, both of Jackson, Jean Bozeman, Angie Woodham, both of St. Stephens, Cathy (David) Wilson, Grove Hill, Teresa Skinner, Gainestown, Betty Norris, St. Petersburg, Fla.; four sisters, Geraldine Bradford, Judy Dobbins, both of Thomasville, Mildred Reaves, Pensacola, Fla., Barbara Crosser, Lexington, Ky.; 21 grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Norris and a brother, William "Bill" Buckalew.

The service was Aug. 9 at 11 a.m. at First Assembly of God Church in Jackson with Revs. E.C. Russell and Ben Russell officiating. Burial was in Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.

Active pallbearers were David Stewart, Christopher Thompkins, Josh Deas, Justin Deas, Aaron Bozeman, Connor Woodham, Walter Hite and Troy Hite.

Honorary pallbearers were Blake Reeves, Michael Bayles, Adam Napper and Ben Russell.
