He was born Dec. 8, 1924. He was a native of Illinois and a former resident of Jackson. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waynesboro, Ga. and a former member of Visitation Catholic Church in Jackson. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He was a retired Chemical Operator with Ciba Specialty Chemicals, formerly Ciba Geigy.
Survivors include his wife, Frances P. Bylinowski, Waynesboro, GA; one son, Stanley (Laura) Bylinowski, Waynesboro, GA; one daughter, Sandra (Thomas) Smith, Raleigh, N.C.; two brothers, Frank Bylins, Big Bear City, CA, Andrew Bylinowski, St. Louis, MO; two sisters, Genevieve Bylinowski, Byron, Ill., Helen Bylinowski, Gold Beach, OR; five grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Michael Bylinowski.
Mass of Christian Burial was Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. at Visitation Catholic Church in Jackson. Interment was in the Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
