Attitudes Alter
Read Romans 8:28

A young man dreamed of working in his father' s business. He saw himself in a plush office with a pretty secretary.

But his father said, "You'll start at the bottom. Your job will be to water the hundreds of plants in our building."

He was cut down, but he turned his disappointment to delight. He came to work with his business card that read, "Plant Manager."

You can't control your circumstances, but you can be in charge of your attitude.

Refuse to be destroyed by disappointments. By faith in God turn your scars into stars, believing the Bible verse, "We know all things work together for good to them that love God."

Prayer: Father, give me strength to live this day triumphant over temptation, transgression and trouble. Bring me to the end of this day in goodness, gladness and godliness: through Christ. Amen.
