Fire damages Whatley home

Grove Hill and Helwestern firemen responded to a house fire New Year's Eve at approximately 12:26 p.m. on Highway 84 east of Whatley. The fire was said to have started in the electrical fuse box at the home of Valerie Randall at 30095 Highway 84. The fire was put out, but there was some damage. Photo by Barry H. Hendrix
