Coleman

Willard Ed Hasewood Coleman Jr., 53, of Jackson died Dec. 23, 2007 at USA Medical Center.

He was born Nov. 22, 1954. He was affectionately known as 'June Man." He was a native of Grove Hill. He was born to the parentage of the late Willard Ed Hasewood Sr. and Callie McRand Hasewood. He was adopted by the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed Coleman of St. Stephens. He lived in St. Stephens a while and traveled extensively to military sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland and other states, while under the care of his sister, Daisey and her husband, Emolean. He then returned to Jackson where he was a friend to everyone. He was a general laborer throughout the Jackson community.

Survivors include one son, Chris Kimbell, Mobile; five sisters, Daisey Lee (Emolean) Coleman Taylor, Alexandria, Annie Bell Hasewood, Jackson, Mary Sue (Willis) Bumpers, Robbins, Ill., Bettye Jean (Leon) Thomas, Colorado Springs, Colo., Valarie Fluker, Atlanta, Ga.; one brother, Forrest Lee (Felicia) Hasewood, Jackson; three grandchildren.

The service was Dec. 29 at 3 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Home chapel in Jackson. Burial was in the Good Hope Cemetery in St. Stephens.

Pallbearers were Timothy Tripp, Nathan Martin, Larry Pernell and Gillis Jenkins.
