Lady Gators play at Lee-Scott

The Clarke Prep School Lady Gators traveled to Auburn last weekend and played in the Lee- Scott Holiday tournament.

The Lady Gators fought hard before losing 40-37 to Cottage Hill on Saturday.

Corrie Allen led CPS with 20 points, 16 rebounds, two steals and two assists. Haley Hill had 10 rebounds and two points. Leandra Morgan had five rebounds and six points. Andrea Bagley added 11 rebounds and four points. Whitney Larrimore had five points.

Clarke Prep beat Evangel Christian 46-32 in the second game to advance in the tourney.

Allen had 22 points, 10 rebounds and five steals. Morgan added 10 points, seven rebounds and a steal. Hill had six rebounds. Bagley had five points, five steals and three rebounds. Larrimore added six points.

In the tourney opener CPS lost 42-31 to Fort Dale.

Allen had 11 rebounds. Hill had 15 rebounds.
