Gators fall at Hooper
      The Clarke Prep School Gators lost 78-60 to the Hooper Academy Colts last Saturday in Hope Hull. Chad Dickinson had 16 points to lead the Gators. Taylor Becton added 13 points. Tyler Sellers and Randy Nichols each had 11 points.

     The Clarke Prep Lady Gators took to the road Saturday and fell 39-24 to the Lady Colts of Hooper Academy in Hope Hull. Corrie Allen paced the team with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Lady Bulldogs drop tight game against McIntosh
      The Lady Bulldogs of Clarke County High School fought hard but lost 64-54 to the Lady Demons of McIntosh last Saturday night in McIntosh. McIntosh, winners of the last two Class 1A championships, last lost a game on Feb. 1, 2006 to CCHS.

CCHS downs Chatom 69-59
      The Clarke County High School Bulldogs improved to 12-5 on the season as they beat Washington County 69-59 Tuesday night in Grove Hill. Justin Burroughs led CCHS with 18 points. Deforest Taite had 16 points. Kenneth Kimbrough added 14 points.
