      McConico Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Earl McConico Jr., (nee Danita McKenzie) of Jackson announce the arrival of a son, Jeremiah Emanuel McConico, born Nov. 23, 2007 at 5:28 p.m. at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile. He weighed seven lbs., 13 ozs. and measured 21 inches.

      The Grove Hill Memorial Hospital Auxiliary held the last meeting of 2007 in the hospital conference room. Mrs. French Downey, vice president, called the work session to order at 9 a.m. Members prepared Vial for Life packages to be distributed in the area.
