CCHS seeks help with new school projects In the wake of the transition of the new Clarke County High School, we are asking the people of Grove Hill and surrounding communities to pitch in and help continue the success at CCHS. There are several ways to donate to the school. Volunteering, money donations, purchasing commemorative photo bricks, adopting a classroom, or coordinating donation efforts for your graduating class are all ways to help contribute. Other fundraisers include bench dedications, merchant discount cards, ink cartridge donations, bake sales, tshirt sales, school yard sales and more. The money raised from the various fundraisers will go towards the purchasing of a new granite school sign, new computers for classrooms, new office equipment. as well as furniture and desks for classrooms. We have a beautiful, new school. Now all we need is furniture and equipment to match. Cash donations are also important. Below is a chart of contribution categories. When donations are turned in, the names of the contributors will be engraved on a plaque in the lobby of the school. CONTRIBUTOR CATEGORIES Diamond Dawgs-$1,000 and up Platinum Paws-$500 to $999 Golden Growlers-$100 to $499 Silver Starters-less than $100
CCHS is also collecting items to be placed into a time capsule. Materials may include old photos, articles, or other memorabilia from the past CCHS structures. All items and donations are asked to be turned in by Tuesday, Feb. 5,
