Grove Hill for sale

Clarke-Mobile Gas District's renovation to the old Spence Walker law office building on the corner of Main and Jackson Streets in downtown Grove Hill is a bright spot in an otherwise bleak real estate landscape.

There are a number of empty storefronts in the county seat. Many are for sale.

234 Jackson St. S. Old Dollar General Store. 9,332 square feet. $285,000. This is a relatively new metal building with a brick facade.
240 N. Jackson, Longtime home to Pruitt's Restaurant followed by a succession of other eateries. 3,080 square foot brick building. $93,500.
