Lula Leatherbury Payne

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Frazier Payne (nee Lesley Leatherbury Acker) of Mobile, announce the arrival of a daughter, Lula Leatherbury, Jan. 3, 2008, at the Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She weighed 6 lbs., 9 oz. and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. John Riggins of Greensboro, N.C., and Mr. and Mrs. William M. "Bill" Payne of Birmingham. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Luce Leatherbury of Mobile and Mrs. Rhett G. Payne Jr. of Jackson.
