Kimbrough

Edna Mae Robinson Kimbrough, 78, of Birmingham died Jan. 21, 2008.

She was affiliated with the Leflore County, Greenwood, Miss. and Wilcox County Schools, Canaan C.P. Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include one son, Eric (Mary) Kimbrough, Birmingham; two brothers, Charles (Senetha) Robinson, East Chicago, Ill., Ezell (Odessa) Robinson, Detroit, Mich.; two sisters, Emma Boyce, Detroit, Mich., Sallie Clay, Birmingham; four grandchildren, Jalea, Kristopher, Vincent and Jermeria Kimbrough, all of Birmingham; a host of nephews, nieces and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kimbrough.

The service was Jan. 26 at Canaan C.P. Church with Rev. George Bennetts officiating. Burial was in the Canaan C.P. Church Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.

Active pallbearers were her nephews.
