Church Announcements Tabernacle Inspirational Tabernacle Church of God in Christ located at 1171 Industrial Road in Jackson will have a Deliverance Crusade through Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. The crusade will be conducted by Prophet J.L. Brown of Eagle Eye Ministries of Pittsboro, N.C. The host pastor will be Pastor Beverly Jackson. Antioch A.M.E. musicians appreciation The Annual Musicians Appreciation for Antioch A.M.E. Church of Gainestown Musicians Bro. Ricky Hunt Sr., Bro. Terrance Washington and Little Ricky Hunt Jr. will be held at the Antioch A.M.E. Church of Gainestown Saturday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. The Elder Christopher Smith, pastor of the Leroy A.O.H. Church of God of Leroy will be the guest speaker. Carl (Dr. Feel Good) Moore will be the Master of Order. Sisters Earnestine Dumas, Barsha Hunt, Eula Rivers, Libby Williams and Lakenqdra Hunt are the program committee. Rev. Robert Taylor is the pastor. Mt. Zion early service Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church will have an early worship service Sunday, Feb. 10 at 8 a.m. Teresa Coates is the church clerk. Rev. Cory J. Pine Chapel senior choir anniversary Pine Chapel Baptist Church No. 2 will celebrate its Senior Choir Anniversary Sunday, Feb. 10 at 2:30 p.m. All choirs, groups and soloists are invited to attend rendering an A & B selection. Truevine gospel writers Truevine Baptist Church located at 5130 Brooksville Road in Dickinson will have its Four Gospel Writers Program Sunday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. There will be different speakers including Minister Mack Wright Jr.- Matthew; Minister Author Scott- Mark; Rev. W.H. Hill-Luke; and Rev. Johnny Williams-John. Sister Joyce Arnold is the secretary and Rev. Roderick Scott is the pastor. Mt. Zion No. 2 banquet set Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church of Grove Hill will sponsor a marriage and singles banquet to be held at the Preschool Unlimited (Old Skating Rink) in Jackson Saturday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Pastor Effelle Williams of Selma. Tickets are $25 for couples and $15 for singles. Rev. Cory J. Pruitt is the pastor.
