Demaskus to appear Feb. 16 in Thomasville

Demaskus will appear at 10 a.m. on Feb. 16 at Christian Fellowship Church.
Demaskus will be leading praise and worship services at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church beginning at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16. When women get together, they know how to have a good time. When they get together with a group like Demaskus to praise and worship the Lord, they really know how to have a good time.

Laurye Brunson is a vocal artist and songwriter for Demaskus. She and her husband Larry have four children; Shay, Daniel, Logan and Lucas. They attend Dayspring Baptist Church in Mobile.

She is the daughter-in-law of Elizabeth Brunson and the late Jessie Ford Brunson of Grove Hill.

Angie Greene is a vocal artist and songwriter for the group. She and her husband, Chad, have two daughters, Madison and Mackenzie. They attend Jubilee Baptist Church in Fairhope.

Cyndi Pyron is a visual performing artist for Demaskus. She uses her "anointed gift of creative sign language to bring that message to life."

She and her husband Steve have two daughters, Savannah and Gabby. They live in Pensacola and attend Gonzalez Methodist Church.

They know "God has called us into this ministry to bring the hope of salvation to the lost and the promise of healing to the broken."

According to their bio, their concerts are an intimate time of worship as they "de-mask" themselves and share what God has done and continues to do in their lives.

Praise and worship services begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16 at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. Lunch will be served immediately after the service. Also included in the day's events will be door prizes. But the most exciting time will be when women who know the Lord get together with women who want to know the Lord to celebrate this special time in their lives.

As Laurye Brunson said, "What an amazing God we serve! Yes, sometimes He's hard to understand, but He's never hard to find. He promises that when we seek Him, we will find Him. I'm living proof."

Christian Fellowship Baptist Church is located seven miles from Hardee's on Tallahatta Springs Road.

Anyone interested in attending can call Dot at 1-334-636-5725 or Veronica at 1-251-275-2303. There is no charge and a nursery will not be provided.
