'Siamese' pecans
 | | Walter Gates brought these unusual pecans by The Democrat office recently that he had picked up at the old Norris Powell place in the Asbury community east of Grove Hill. The "Siamese twins" pecans were connected but neither had fully developed and contained no nuts. Most people who looked at the pecans said they had never seen anything like them. Photo by Jim Cox |
