CCHS Bulldogs start practice at Stephens Field

The Clarke County High School Bulldogs started practice for the 2008 season at their new field last week. The Gerald Stephens Athletic Complex, located next to Grove Hill Elementary School has a new baseball field as well as a new facility for the softball team. It marks the first time, since the field was located on school grounds, that the Bulldogs have their own facility. They will have a Hit-a-Thon on March 4 and their first game will be March 8 when they host Monroe County and Millry. In the top photo coach Ted King hits infield to one of the players.
