Grove Hill Town Council OKs fence, gate repairs to park
By Barry H. Hendrix Managing Editor

The Grove Hill Town Council voted Monday to repair fencing and gates at the town park before the Dixe Youth season begins.

The quote of $5,437.85 came from Foster Fence Company of Grove Hill.

Representatives from the local Dixie Youth league had attended the last council meeting and asked for improvements to the park, said Mayor Lamar Hudson.

A new outfield fence will be placed on the T-ball field, and six new walk-through gates and one drive-through gate will be installed.
