Learning with AMSTI and loving it!

Last summer, the first grade teachers attended a two week training session about implementing the AMSTI Program at our school in which everything is hands on and teaches through discovery learning. The lesson comes in kits and so far we have taught two complete kits. The first semester we used "Animals: Two by Two" and "Plants." They are currently exploring our "Balance and Motion" kit. The most exciting investigation is building a roller coaster! The children are thrilled and the teachers are equally excited! Contributed Photo
