Starks Brenda Louise Starks, 59, of Coffeeville died Feb. 15, 2008 in an area medical facility. She was born Dec. 28, 1948. She was a native of Brownwood, Texas. She was a member of New Faith Baptist Church of Coffeeville. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Eddie B. Starks, West Bend; one son, Brian Eddie (Angie) Starks, West Bend; one daughter, Carol S. (Larry) Cox, West Bend; one brother, Larry Zangas, Flomaton; one sister, Kathy Adams, Atmore; four grandchildren. The service was Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. at West Bend Baptist Church with Revs. Wilton Bennett and Warren Huggins officiating. Burial was in the West Bend Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed. Active pallbearers were Brian James, Jason James, Javie Allen, Jason Allen, Jamey Dunagan and Stacey Dunagan.
Honorary pallbearers were Vic Dungan, Donnie Dungan, David Marcet and Joe James.
