Stabler

Sarah Kidd Stabler, 88, of Mobile died Feb. 14, 2008. She was born Nov. 30, 1919.

Survivors include three sons, Renard A. Stabler, Edward L. Stabler, both of Mobile, Tiltman L. Stabler, Killeen, Texas; three daughters, Betty (Walter) Rice, Huntsville, Martha (Stanley) Williams, Chattanooga, Tenn., Ann Champion, Clinton, MD; one sister, Jennie V. (Bernard) Baldwin, New York, eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

The service was Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. at Reese Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. S.T. Spencer officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Sinai A.M.E. Church Cemetery in Lower Peach Tree.
