County Commission honors CCARC

March was declared as "National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month" in Clarke County by the County Commission. This year marks the 35th anniversary of CCARC (Clarke County Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc.). The annual CCARC Spring Jubilee will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 15 at 501 Forest Avenue in Jackson.
