Harrell Edward Ronnie Harrell, 57, of Grove Hill died March 19, 2008 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. He was born Sept. 23, 1950. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Grove Hill. He was retired from Clarke- Washington Electric Membership Corporation. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Brown Harrell, Grove Hill; one son, Clint Harrell, Jackson; his father, Edward Riley Harrell, Grove Hill, his mother, Dottie Purvis Harrell, Grove Hill; one brother, Larry P. Harrell, Grove Hill; three grandchildren. The service was March 21 at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church in Grove Hill with Revs. Jerry Gibson and Ron Baxter officiating. Burial was in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Grove Hill. Lathan Funeral Home of Grove Hill directed. Active pallbearers were Bill Brown, James Koen, Kenneth Harrell, Keith Harrell, Scotty Harrell and Johnny Purvis.
Honorary pallbearers were Antioch Volunteer Fire Department, employees of Clarke-Washington Electric Membership Corporation and Mickel Shepherd.
