McConnell

Earline McConnell, 74, of Lower Peach Tree died March 11, 2008.

She was born April 18, 1933. She was a member of Pugh Success Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Glorious Temple Church and was a shepherd mother.

Survivors include six sons, Raymond McConnell, Jessie McConnell, Willie Lee McConnell, all of Lower Peach Tree, Royal Lee McConnell, Robert McConnell, both of Milwaukee, Wis., Melvin McConnell, Jackson, Miss; five daughters, Ollie Mae Jackson, Alberta McConnell, both of Lower Peach Tree, Annie D. McConnell, Milwaukee, Wis., Shelly Wims, St. Louis, Mo., Mable Timmons, Montgomery; one brother, Ruby Davis, Milwaukee, Wis.; two sisters, Bernice Jenkins, St. Louis, Mo., Pearl Davis, Milwaukee, Wis.; 37 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; three great-greatgrandchildren; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Edward McConnell.

The service was March 22 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral hour at Reese Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W.W. Nixon officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.

Honorary pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
