Anderson named T'ville city prez for First US Bank
"We are very pleased to name Chuck our new City President for Thomasville. His excellent banking background and personal connections with Thomasville certainly make him well qualified for this position," President/CEO Terry Phillips said. Anderson's new responsibilities will include oversight of branches and lending/business development for Thomasville and surrounding areas. He will be responsible for loans and deposits, while also serving on the officer's loan committee. His primary duties will also include recruiting/training loan officers and branch managers. "I am thankful for this new opportunity, and have enjoyed working for First United Security Bank for as long as I have," Anderson said. "I look forward to continued service to this community and this great organization in the years to come." Anderson is a native of Thomasville and holds degrees from Thomasville High School ( 1 9 8 8 ) ; Mobile College (1992); and Graduate School of Banking of Louisiana State University (2000). Anderson has been married to his wife, Marlo, for nearly 15 years. They have one daughter, Allie, 7. Anderson and his family are members of Thomasville Baptist Church, and are involved in Dixie Youth softball, as well as other athletic endeavors in the community.
