Fleming-Godbold wedding plans told

Miss Fleming, Mr. Godbold
Gina Wilson Holloway and Michael Pomroy Fleming announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Nicole Fleming of Orange Beach to Joshua McDowell Godbold, also of Orange Beach, the son of Celia Godbold of Monroeville and Donald Godbold of Camden.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Butts of Grove Hill, the late David G. Wilson of Jefferson, the late Maree Mixon of Orange Beach and the late Billy Clifton Fleming of Jackson.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mildred McDonald of Monroeville and the late Cecil Earl McDonald and Mary Godbold of Camden and the late Stanley David Godbold Sr.

Miss Fleming graduated from Clarke County High School in 2000. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2005. She is currently seeking a master's degree in education curriculum and instruction while working as a reading specialist fourth grade teacher at Gulf Shores Elementary School.

Mr. Godbold graduated from Wilcox Academy in 1998. He earned a bachelor's degree in landscape horticulture in 2003 from Auburn University. He is the owner of Emerald Coast Landscaping Inc., in Orange Beach.

The wedding will be an event of Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.
