Allen Barbara Ann Allen, 48, of Dickinson died March 23, 2008 at a hospital in Mobile. She had worked as a seamstress at New Era Cap Co. in Jackson. Survivors include her husband, Hosie Allen Jr.; two sons, Marcus Dixon, Terrance Dixon; two daughters, Stephanie Owens, Patrice Owens, all of Dickinson; six brothers, Joseph Owens Jr., Henry Lee Owens, both of Fulton, George Owens, Birmingham, Frazier Owens, Thomasville, Johnny Allen Owens, Chicago, Ill., Authur Owens, Dickinson; three sisters, Willie Vaughn, Thomasville, Gloria Dumas, Talladega, Diane Owens, Dickinson; two grandchildren.
The service was March 29 at 1 p.m. at the Midway Baptist Church in Dickinson. Thomasville Memorial Funeral Home directed.
