de Shazo Stephen Lee de Shazo of Washington, Ga. died March 11, 2008. He received his bachelor and master degrees from The University of Alabama where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. Survivors include his wife, Deborah; three children, Richard Britton de Shazo, Albuquerque, N.M., Carter Lee de Shazo, Auburn, Stephen Coleman de Shazo, Washington, Ga.; one brother, David Coleman de Shazo, Tuscaloosa, John Godbold de Shazo, Prattville, Dr. William F. de Shazo IV, Birmingham; a host of nephews and nieces. He was the son of Mrs. William F. de Shazo and the late Dr. William F. de Shazo.
A service of remembrance was held March 15 at 2 p.m. at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Kenneth Dunivant officiating.
