Powell

Oscar Powell, 76, of Mobile died March 21, 2008. He was a native of Sunny South. Powell was a self-employed roofer.

Survivors include his wife, Jerlene Powell; one daughter, Priscilla Fisher, both of Mobile; one sister, Georgia Lee, Sunny South; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A private viewing was March 28 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral at Joe-Joe's Mortuary in Mobile.
